Returns Policy

At Baristafy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy covers coffee machines and accessories purchased through our website.

1. Return Window

• You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility

• Returns are accepted for machines and accessories.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

. Non-Returnable Items

• Currently, all products sold on our site are returnable if they meet the above eligibility criteria.

4. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us at accounts@baristafy.ie  with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
